Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lithuania: 2–3 business days

  • European Union: 5–7 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable courier and parcel services, including:

  • DPD

  • Omniva

  • LP Express

  • Smartpost

Depending on your location, your order may be delivered to a parcel locker or directly to your address.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Elegia is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elegia.eu. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
